Stomach Problems & Remedies

Week before was suffering from dengue. During this my sgpt went up to 257. Please suggest diet and precautions. What food should I eat ? Any exercise advised ?

I've been having general, dull abdominal pain the last 4 days (more specifically in the umbilical region). I've had bloating, tenderness, gas, and constipation the last 4 days. Today, the pains are slightly worse, with the addition of nausea and occasional burping. I have been able to pass 3 bowel movements today, well-formed and light brown. I've been extremely tired the last couple of days, and have a headache today. My temperature is 37.2 degrees Celcius.

I’ve had left sided abdominal pain for about 3 weeks now. I have had my CBC checked and everything came back normal. I’m 26 years old and in general very healthy. I have had an increase in constipation lately, but had two good bowel movements the past two days. I keep thinking the absolute worst like stomach or pancreatic cancer, but wouldn’t that show up on a CBC? My older sister tested positive for h. Pylori, she told me to get blood work to test for that.

Having gas,constipation and acidity problems from few days.Yesterday,had loss of appetite,feeling fullness,then frequent vomiting,dry mouth and also became senseless for few hours after a sudden spasm.Do I have any infection in stomach?

Hello sir, 2 weeks back i consulted doctor regarding gastric problem. So he did endoscopy test to me and as a result of that he said it is a erosive gastroduodenitis. He wrote some medicines like nexpro and scralfate(syrup). My problem is what food i should eat? And which kind of food i should avoid? Can you just tell me in detail. And from my mouth bad smell will come every time due to that acid reflux, please tell me wat kind of food/fruits i should take, i will drink alcohol weekly once, should i quit the alcohol? Just tell me about my food plan/diet plan in detail. Thank you
