Started 20 days back. Itchy anus for first few days. Then swollen around anus without pain bleeding. Having stool softener but swollen is not shrinking

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three tines a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glad of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days.
Next Steps
Do sitz bath 3 times a day ( sitting in warm water tub for three times a day)
