Your symptoms are suggestive of hemorrhoids or fissure. I would advise you to visit the the general surgeon so that you can be evaluated and graded accordingly. Sitting on a Sitz bath may give you some relief. You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment The following steps may help: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight as per your BMI (Maintain a healthy weigh as per your BMI) - Exercise regularly (30-45mins per day) - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals. - Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements - Sitting on a doughnut ring cushions can reduce the pain while sitting. If the problem persists or worsens visit the general surgeon at the earliest.
