I have been suffering from upper Abdomen pain nd back pain for last 15 days.

I had taken sompraz and just after taking the medicine the gas increased a lot i am facing gas problem from last 15 days i have went to various doctors done a sonography which also should normal not able to understand the reason for gas

In the endoscopy biopsy  the sample turned pink like there is infection please guide prescription and what I should do Enclosed report

Itchiness and kind of tingling and pinching in my stool area it's been a month I have been facing this problem while passing stool even a meat kind of come out while washing water works like fire while washing I do have constipation problem but I took dulcoflex on alternate days but I don't have any kind of pain not at all and no blood while passing tool
