Swelling and extreme pain near rectum area. Cannot even walk properly. Difficulty in passing stool. Loos motions and discoloured stool since a week.

Need relief from constipation. Healthy diet comprising of fruits and salad. Still having issues with morning bowels.

Since two days tongue is bitter. I am diabetic. Have acidity problem also.

I am 23 years old and I am 44 kg, I am very depressed because every time people said me that you are too weak your are very thin, every time when I listened that I was smiling, but in reality it was humiliating,frustrating and depressing me, I have ask many doctors but they are just taking money and my problem is not resolved. Now I am very disappointed. I am feeling very stressful, I am sleeping 7 to 8 hours daily, I am working 8 hours and then I was studying 3 hours daily, I feel very week !
