Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since 15 days I am going through gastric problem. I get burping, it starts with morning even on empty stomach and and even after taking meal. I am not having constipation but this burping creates uneasiness feeling, my chests sometimes pain and also sometime in throat also feels like acid reflux. I am not having heart burning, but burping is there. Earlier I had the problem in 2016, now also having the same. Can I take medicine named "happi 20mg" and "gutrex d".. Will it be okay for this. Last year doctor prescribed it. For this. If no please suggest medicine.

My Ultrasound report shows- Liver- Enlarged in size 12.4 cm and shape with increased perenchymal echogenicity. PV= 0.9 cm CBD= 0.5 cm and Hepatomegaly with fatty liver Is it a big problem ??? And the steps to cure it !!

Feeling hungry with continued loose motion with dengue positive .Give me a proper direction that what to do.
