Lower right abdominal pain

I feel pain in the lower right part of my abdomen, it dissappears sometimes, a feel this pain just today, am i having an apendix problem?

Hello.If associated with pain in abdomen,fever/nausea vomiting,kindly get an ultrasound abdomen if possible. The cause of pain should be localised. It may or may not be due to appendix. Thanks.
