Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from diarrhoea since yesterday..i take norflox tz one yesterday and one in the morning..and ors solution but the discomfort in my abdomen does not go away..the frequency of diarrhoea decreases but does not completely subside..what should i do???

I have stomach daily in the morning after defecation and also stomach is filled with gas

I am 30years old. My USG report says that I have mid enlarged liver and few hypoechoic mildly enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa. Is it serious condition? Does the swollen lymph node is due to enlarged liver? I am very tensed. I have pain in my right side of the lower abdomen not sharp but mild. Please help me out.

My stomach gets upset frequently like 2-3 times in a month. I feel like going to washroom frequently. Though gas trouble is there for always. I take Pudin Hara caplets when it get worse because i want to treat it naturally. I wanna know if taking help of Probiotics would be wise ? If yes which Probiotics ? Or if there is some other better way of treating it please help !!

I have bleeding piles and I want to know if they can be treated without operation.

I am suffering from piles for 2 years. In the starting stage those piles used to bleed but after sometime bleeding stopped. Now there is no bleeding but there are piles present inside and outside the anus. They are muscular type. Please suggest me permanent treatment for these piles so that i can get rid of them.
