Stomach Problems & Remedies

I recently had an fissure piles surgery but feared of it to not to come again please suggest me something and i also can't pass stools they are harder after surgery it pains and doesn't comes out

Stomach is nt clear on regular timm even nt clearing in a day properly...as i go to toilet bt stomach nt get clear ....food not get digested properly ...even prooerly i am unable to take foid as my stomach is nt getting clear

Dr do endoscopy or colonoscopy is compulsory to do for diarrahea n anemia ? Is there any other option?.. So plz say I m very much worried about it n I don't want to do that endoscopy and colonoscopy

For the past at least 10 years I have had abdominal pain. Anywhere from excruciating to bearable but its always there. Diarrhea and constipation. Sometimes blood. Always bloated and feel like I always need to go to the bathroom. Cant tell you the last time I had an actual normal solid stool. Always diarrhea or pencil shaped. Skinny and short sometimea long. Recently diagnosed as IBS. But nothing helps!! Father died at age 35 with colon cancer. Grandfather had it as well

I have taken any food after , i get some pain sir and am very poor give me good sugection and remidies sir thank you.
