Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi I m having rectal pain since 5 days , after having a hard stool. I thought this pain will remain just for few hours however it continued and due to this I couldn't sleep properly as well. Then I had only fluids for 2 days then the pain got controlled. Yesterday and today I had food as usual. And today the pain is back. This time more severe. I am not able to sit for long.there is no bleeding with the stool. Can someone please let me know which doctor I should consult.

I hv been taking Sompraz L for more then a year I feel fine while i take this med but when i stop this med my heart burn comes back Is it safe to take this med for longer period I dont drink tea or eat spicy food

My grandmother has an intestinal blockage and was constipated. She recently had a movement, but now after numerous X-rays and CT scans, the Dr at the hospital where she is at is saying she needs surgery, despite the fact that nothing shows up on the X-ray or CT scan. It does not seem rationale to perform surgery on an elderly woman for a blockage, when there is no proof of one in the performed tests. Can you please weigh-in? Thanks.

I literally get heartburn so bad it’s in my nose and I can taste the acid in my mouth. It happens every single night and not one medicine I’ve taken or been prescribed has worked.

My friend  is suffering from vomiting problem. Just after the meal and during brushing teeth, it frequently occurs. Sometimes there is blood in the vomiting. It happened four times in the last three months. Sometimes, there occurs chest pain too. In July, he was done with all the tests, X rays, endoscopy, but everything was normal. He went to a gastroenterologist who suggested him to take tablet 'razo-d' for 14 days without any tests and asked him to avoid tea, coffee and spicy food. Can you please tell the reason behind all this and what can be its cure?? Or any precautions required??

Hi doc.. i have been facing issues while pooping.. there is blood that is there in d poop and also the stool is quite hard to pass which makes me in total pain

I feel some gastric problem exist as use to get gastric reflux during morning and also feels some pain at the chest part. Even did with ECG to check any problem with heart signals but everything looks fine. Doctor prescribed a tonic which is mint based to reduce acidity reflux. But now again it is recurring. Do I need to undergo any scan to reveal the problems if any inside the system? I am not feeling hungry some times and also if I have any snacks I feel acidic reflux in my food pipe as sour.
