Strong diarrhoea

Asked for Female, 60 Years

Since morning I have been suffering from strong diarrhoea and discharged 7/8 times. I am feeling much weak having no appetite and feelings of nausea.vomiting once. In such a physical conditions I am quite unable to go and meet any doctor. May I request to advise me for any medicine so that I can be relieved and doctor early.
