I think i am having pile for the last two weeks suddenly it accidently started bleeding i am only 18 years of age and i have dabeties

In CECT of whole abdomen , Gall bladder is partially distended with mild diffuse GB wall thickening and sludge within the lumen-Acalculus cholecystitis. Please suggest what to do now??
