I have loose motion last 30 days after food I have loose motion with stomach pain, frequently loose motion I think this is IBL, please give me suggestions

I am having pain in left lower abdomen( refer attached picture) only when I try to stand up or trying to sit. Just worried. No constipation or diarrhea. Went to gyno who said uterus, ovaries all fine.

Already used cefixime 400 for 10 day and cefotaxime 1 gm iv for 3 day still facing problem like sickness, nausea and vomiting which antibiotic should i take now

Morning i eat 5 eggs and Oats; Noon i east 2 Roti Sabzi/Dal and 1 katori Dahi; Evening i eat 1/2 fruits; Night i eat mostly Chicken. Recently like since last 20-30 days i release very smelly farts after 4:00(earlier those were not smelly). Even after cleaning stomach at 5-6 i see farts are smelluy but during morning to Evening farts has no smell. Can i take Tufpro? If yes then what dose or anything else suggested
