I am having urine infection my doctor has prescribed me bactrim ds tablet twice daily for 20 days. Do I need to take any gas tablet like pantocid dsr, pantop 40 in empty stomach along with the antibiotics? Pls tell me

My 2 year 8 months old son had constipation and after that he has a fear of pooping. Whenever he gets a sensation of pooping he starts screaming and running, he tries to hold the motion and he doesn't poop. He holds it in. Don't know how to get rid his fear of pooping.

I had been detected with enlarged liver measuring 182mm two months back. It's grade 2 fatty liver. This was mainly due go alochol consumption. I have quit smoking and drinking for the past two months, the latest sonography shows 181mm despite taking liv 52 regularly and keeping an eye on the diet. Similarly gallstone measuring 7.2mm has reduced to 4mm. One ayurvedic doctor has recommended regular use of sarva kalp kwath of patanjali for liver and another doctor has recommended chilodenium homeo drops for enlarged liver.
