I have been having severe bloating issues since one week. Anything I eat makes it difficult for me to breathe after eating be it solid or liquid food. I was having tremendous amount of stress for more than one month because of some personal issues. After that I thought may be that might have caused it, so I took Rabikind DSR for a few days now in the morning empty stomach. But even after that I feel severe stomach tightness after I eat anything and with each meal this tightness continues to increase untill at night I feel completely suffocated. This makes my stomach look fat and it feels extremely uncomfortable internally too. Suggest something for immediate relief from this issue and also let ne know what might be the reason.

Hi Doctor I'm having stomachache and nausea every after meal. I already took pantoprazole and mylanta but I don't think it's working. It gives me nausea and makes me want to vommit. What can I do about it?
