Stomach Problems & Remedies

So whenever I am up in the morning after sleep I feel sharp pain in right side of waist back side. Initially I thought that it could be a stone or something but my ultrasound reports are clear. I don't know why this is happening in morning after sleep for couple of hours. The pain/congestion/tightness is so strong in that area.. that for couple of hours of morning I cannot even bend down to pick something I need to walk straight only. Since my ultrasound reports are clear I don't even know what kind of doctor I should consult. The problem is happening from last couple of months. But I feel so uncomfortable for those couple of hours in the morning. Also a separate issue is that I generally feel waist pain if I am standing for more than 1 hour this is due to my height I believe, which is around 6. This problem is there from last many years.

For the last 7-10 days I had been facing bloating and heaviness in the stomach after eating. I had previously been diagnosed with dyspepsia in Feb, and was prescribed rifagut 400, rablet IT. Since I was facing the same symptoms as earlier, I started the same course of medication. I'm currently on the 4th day of the meds. As per the advice given earlier I am taking small meals and light food, no spicy or oily food as well as daily exercise and walk. However I still get very full after some meals especially if I eat something like Paratha and roti. I've been avoiding caffeine and wheat since it seems to make the bloating worse. This has been happening on and off for about 10 days now. I'm a bit confused whether I should keep taking a light diet and the meds, wait it out or consult a doctor. I do not have a history but I do tend to have a sensitive stomach.

Got C section done for the second time along with family planning. It's 5 weeks 2 days now. In 3rd week, experienced farting along with mucus. After taking probiotic tablets, it is cured. Now again I get yellow mucus along with farting before poop why?

Hi it's been few days lower stomach paining before pooping and also before realising gas It's been 3months after my delivery these days taking toll on my health I couldn't able to eat on time and couldn't able to eat healthy all the time not enough sleep and sleeping so late. Not drinking enough water. What could be the exact reason for this pain. Sometimes Its really heavy to tolerate. What should I do???

Hello doctor, Especially in every morning morning food eating is very risky to eat so what can i do to eat easy and afternoon also same problem but night only much easy to eat so what we do to cure this problem

I have fatty liver from last an year now, my food digestion process is very low initially there wasn't so many problems but now it's getting worse I have found lots of blood in my stool, and my menstrual cycle is also so much effected. Like irregular periods last year I've even cured it because my periods wasn't stopping.. for like 20 days.. then i took some medicines as prescribed by the doctor but still I got so many problems every month but I didn't take it seriously also last month I got period crams which was unbearable nd heavy bleeding. I fall ill so easily it seems like my immune system isn't interested to cure me from those pathogens.. and now I have cough from past 15 days now. I took medicines tried eating sizzling food but still my cough isn't going away i don't know what's going on with me..
