Hi from few days i am feeling little pain in lower left side and little acidity type but no vomiting no loose motions nothing but weight reduced around 5 to 6 kg. Please tell what is the reason for this ? And pls suggest your guidance

Hello doctor, Since 1.5 yrs I have been suffering from abdominal pain and gas issue. Sometimes accompanied with loose motions and sometimes constipation. But sometimes even after I pass my stool and have no problem with passing the stool I still get stomach pain and gas. It doesn't go with antibiotics and antacids. It occurs within 1 to 2 months gap and goes away after 15 to 20 days. The abdominal pain is not too severe but a mild pain is always there. I have done sonography too but nothing appeared in it apart from gas. Please help me I am too worried about it .
