Doctor sir, my digestion is very bad. I have been going to freshen up once in three-four days for many years. Please suggest me.

I suffer from antral gastritis and have been taking medication since last month. Now I also feel pain under chest on right side . What to do . Can it be serious issue?

I had adult chickenpox. Was put on valacyclovir 1g 3x a day, with ppi in the morning.(6-13th april) After the course of valacyclovir, next 5 day(13th to 17th april) i was put on cefuroxime clauvalunate 2x a day. Now after 3-4 days of antibiotics, i started having loose motions. Not multiple times but the morning stool wouldd be loose and smelly. And i have stomach pain(just under my ribs) and it feels like gastritis but its not going away. and epigastric region feels like it's gassy. And i lost around 500g weight too. Is this gastritis or ulcer symptoms? Should I get kft lft and cbc done, as i am scared thst eating so many medicines have done something bad with my kidney or liver? I am scared :(. Please help me.

I have done LFT test , My alkaline phosphatase level is borderline about  129 . My question is do I need medificatuon to reduce alkaline phosphatase.

I'm having excessive flatulence when I have veg foods like plantain, legumes, fruits, potato etc. When I have non veg foods I don't have much gas. Doctor prescribed pantosec and mucaine gel but still am having flatulence issues. 1. Unienzyme tablet reduced gas, is it safe to have it long term? 2. What's the reason for excessive flatulence? I drink lot of water, exercise, don't eat junk foods

After 5 months of gallbladder removal I am suffering acidity and gas problem. It's a horrible experience for me. I am worried about my digestion. After eating food I have acidity like stomach pain, back pain, shoulder pain, stomach discomfort, low energy sometimes loose motion, mushy stool. After 5 months of surgery I am not able to eat less oily food. It's like a struggle everyday to live a life. Is it normal? Could you please help me what should I do? I did endoscopy also . Reports are normal. Plz help. I lost 8 kgs after surgery because of stress and could not eat food.

Worm like mucus discharge from stool. Sometime instead of stool only worm get out. He cannot sit as lot of itching in that area. Please help with urgent medicine.
