Stomach burning
Hello Experts, From couple of days I am facing issue with stomach burning after having food . The pain is sometimes high if I eat any spicy food . Can you please suggest me medication to follow Thanks in advance

Use Antacids. Also for tests you can go for USG (whole abdomen). Could also go to a Gastroenterologist for further management.

According to above mentioned history, you have do lifestyle modification some simple changes you will be able to overcome this in future. 1.Avoid or limit consuming spicy food for few days. 2.Avoid consuming coffee or tea empty stomach incase you are doing so. 3. Limit consumption of alcohol and smoking if u do so. 4. Try eating meals at correct time. Avoid skipping meals. 5. Drink plenty of water minimum 3-4L in a day according to your weight (45ml/kg). 6. Trying improving your sleep schedule. Mininum of 7-8hr. For any other queries, consult a doctor.

You may try lifestyle modifications and conventional treatment for acidity. In lifestyle modifications the main point is to avoid  maida products like bread, cakes, noodles , momo and pizza. Avoid spicy, oily and fried food. Your problem will be solved.
