DIGESTION PROBLEM
I go to the gym regularly. It's been 6 months since I started. My diet includes mostly home made food and healthy food. No fast food and no sweets at all . Even after this healthy lifestyle every morning I struggle to clear my stomach. It takes me 30 or more minutes to get fresh. What should I do . Any medicine or liv 52 tablets or anything else . I want to reduce time to get fresh properly

Exercise improves gut motility and helps clear bowel properly. If you have chronic constipation like for a very long time then go for laxatives 15 to 20ml at night. If this has developed after going to gym then overtraining might be one of the causes.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated. Add more of fibres in meal. Like salad. Drink water empty stomach in the morning. Consult for more tips..

First of all plz dont take any medicine by self and not even Liv 52 for that. Secondly, check ur water intake levels. Check everyday whether you taking adequately or not. Third whether you are sleeping properly at night or not. All these things might affect your bowel habits and lastly you can use laxative at night for few days and look further how its helping u. Lastly visit nearest gastroenterologist

You should go for a brisk walk for about half an hour in the morning. Before that you should have a glass of fresh water. You can go to the Gym in the evening.
