Suffering from acidity from 1-2 years. Most of the the time its really powerful in morning when i and during sleep

I've been experiencing a dull pain almost like a burning sensation for the last 5 days in the stomach. This started after I ended up drinking too much alcohol one night however I also ate outside food that night. Initially thought it was a hangover but it's extended for 5 days. I've been having bland food and pan d before food. It's improved but I would like some help in helping get better sooner. What medicines etc. Would help me out? Should I consider antibiotics and which one?

I recently diagnosed with antral gastritis and now I am having constipation and sometimes soft stool but very thin.is it due to gastritis??

I did some blood test, Alkaline phosphatase is 454 (70-390) and platelets are also decreasing, Widal test is also positive. Even before 6 months there was a slight increase and platelets decreased only after treatment it became normal but now the same problem has started again. What problems are there?
