For the past few months i have had trouble digesting milk...so i stopped taking milk...
Then a few months after that, each time I consume milk or any gluten food items...i immediately get the urge to poop...I have to go to the washroom within 5 mins of eating anything related to milk or gluten..
I Have Pcos for a long time... Mental Depressed for the past few months..weight gaining inspite of not consuming sugary or processed foods...Too much Hair loss ..

You must use gluten free diet as per history suggest.
