Dear Sir/Ma'am I wanted to address my issue that I woke up feeling lightheaded and after freshening up I throwed up only water. After that, when I had coffee and banana(after a while) i threw up again. Post lunch also I had the same. What could be the cause?

My son is 3yrs old .from Dec 27 on words till date he is Passing stool fr every ten days..and before passing stool means when the day he feels poty he feel pain l around anus,after passing no pain. I have piles problem and indigestion ,stomachpain and green poop why?bp low and weekness in body ,bloating and abdominal pain

Symptoms: 1: Constant mild bloating and gas in lower abdomen. 2: Stomach noise in lower abdomen with farts, especially in mornings, to i eat BF. 3: Burps after eating food. 4: Dissatisfied after bowel movement, but not constipated. I don't have acidity/acid reflux, nor do i have any intolerance to food. My hunger is normal, my digestion is normal, and my stools are also normal, no diaherriah or hard stools. I pass stools 2-3 times a day without any straining. Everything seems normal except the above symptoms where i only have excess gas being produced. What is this condition called? I am currently on homeopathy medicine, which i started yesterday. But it's just that i did not ask what this condition is called.

Hi I am facing symptoms : 1. GERD 2. Problem in passing gas, need to apply pressure 3. Burping when I apply pressure on stomach 4. Other symptoms such as nausea also faced sometimes I am facing this problem since last 4 months. In December i showed to doctor and endoscopy was done. In endoscopy RUT was found positive and also gastritis problem. I have taken all the medicines regularly Currently taking Tryptomer once a day but doesn't seems to be working. Also following low fodmap diet which provides some relief.
