Hi doctor, i lost my appetite, no matter how i ate i never felt full, im feeling sick and unwell. do you have any advice?

I had hbsag test negative at 32 days and 46 days. Then I had hbsag titers test in which value was 0.69 below 10. And the infectious diseases doctor told me to have Hepatitis B vaccine. My age is 32 years old. Please suggest me a brand or product of most suitable Hepatitis B vaccine. I am going through severe anxiety and depression

I am having constipation since 3-4 days now. I had fever few days back along with sore throat after recovering from that I am having contispation. Took Isabgol yesterday before bedtime. Can someone recommend any laxative or should I take Isabgol again? Having pain in legs and abdominal cramps due to this.

Sir I am taking garlic clove daily for last 5 days at morning...so can I soak raisins and almond at day time and have it as evening snacks?will that be equally effective.kindly enlighten me.thanks

I used to drink alcohol for several years..but suddenly i have developed alcohol intolerance..after a few sips..face flush...palpitations....and other symptoms..i am very fit and exercise regularly....i never had this problem before...i can digest any other food without any problem..my liver function test report is also normal....can anyone suddenly develop alcohol intolerance??

My brother is having gastric issue it started with stomach ache on April 2nd he had severe stomach burning we had to take him to emergency they gave some pain relief injections nd espress40mg tablet.. The nxt 2 days he was good again pain aggrevated on nd off stomach pain nd burning with continuous burping is seen.. Doctors adviced to go for endoscopy.. Endoscopy, viral screening was normal.. Then the doctors prescribed esopress 40mg , cintapro 3mg, gavison peppermint liquid nd mebawin c for stomach pain... But still stomach pain has not been subsided😔😔 pain is getting worse when he's trying to sleep.. Plz look after this issue nd advice something or the other... THANKS IN ADVANCE 🙏🙏

My periods is February month delay but March month start the periods after periods Lower abdomen pain

Hi Sir/ Mam, From past one month I have lots of digestion issues. Food what ever I eat stays in stomach and comes to throat often. Lot of burping.But no heart burn from past few days. Took rantac for 5 days and lanzol for 2 days but the problem still exist. Not feeling hungry. Even after 5 hours of eating sometimes I burp the food that is eaten in previous meal . Please suggest wat might be the problem.
