Hello doctor age 18 yrs I was having loose stool from 2 days 3-4 times a day bowel movement from 2 days today I took loperamide tablet just 1 tablet my stool completly stoped and I am feeling more bloated and fullness in my stomach should I take papaya at night can I take roti and dal what going on I m having pcod so I am taking normoz tablet twice and heptral tablet what to do now

I want to gain weight as i am 23 yrs old but my weight is still 44kg. Please suggest some medicine so that i can increase my my appetite. Thanks

Hi 30f.My weight 5 months back was 66-67 later from 2 months it is 64 now after a month it is 60.8. I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 2 months ago using medicine and also in LFT sgot and sgpt and Alkaline phosphate were above normal range used medication after which sgot and sgpt became normal but Alkaline phosphate is high. What may be the reason for the sudden weight loss I am very much worried is there anything serious plz help waiting for reply. I have 1 4 years old baby boy

What does bloating due to probiotic capsules feel like? Recently, i had IBS like symptoms such as acid reflux, bloating, gas, burps, stomach noise, and multiple normal consistency bowel movements. I was asked to take probiotic capsules twice a day - VSL #3. It has been 10 days since i started probiotic capsules, and my symptoms have reduced by 80%. The only problem i am facing now is very mild bloating and gas, and this feeling is after taking the probiotic capsule. Also, i now defecate twice a day, but i have a constant mild urge to defecate, but nothing comes out. Is this feeling due to probiotic capsules?

From last one day i am not able to digest properly it feels like food is still present in stomach, i get food burps till evening of food i ate in breakfast sometimes it feels like vomitting but it also doesn't come out , but throughout the day i had mild pain in stomach , i had rabeeprazole , i think it gives relief as when i wake up in morning it feels good and normal but post eating something i feel heavy like food is still there with mild stomach pain . What should i take?

Hi Doctor, I have lost 8-9 kilos weight once I got b12 deficiency. I took injections and tablets. It's been 3-4 months back. Now the level is 383. But my weight is not recovered yet. Still feeling like loosing weight. Remaining tests are also showing normal results. What time it'll take to gain weight. Thanks.

I Have hashimoto hypothyroidism and I am taking 75 mcg L thyroxine for the same. But due to frequent indigestion, I was suggested the test ttg-IgA, to rule out celiac disease. My antibody levels are 6.10 RU/ml. What does this indicate?

I have pain under right rib cage. Having pain when touch on rib bone. Doctor suggested to take ultrasound scan for gallbladder stones. It shows  enlarged liver . Is that serious ? I am really worried of this.
