I got bleeding in motion today and I have slight lower stomach pain as well and itching What might be the reason and remedies

I'm 24 years old. Around 7 days before I was having nausea and had vomited then I was feeling okay. But after that I developed constipation for 2 days and very pain in stomach also there was voice coming from stomach so I took lactulose solution and the stool came after that but it was all dry and had mucus like white substance in it. Also there was pain in uppermost part of stomach 3-4cm above bellybutton. Pain was there almost all the time during the day. One time pain was on the left side of stomach. Then after that dry stool problem was gone and I was having more normal stool but with more frequency and before passing stool there was also pain in lower abdomen and during passing of stool also. Gradually the frequency of the stool decreased and came to 1 time a day but till today also i feel pain before feeling of passing stool and during passing.also today I saw musucs in stool which came first then all the stool was norml. I dont have fever or any other symptom no blood in stool.

Does stopping tryptomer 10mg one night cause diarrhea I have been taking tryptomer from 5 months for ibs D why do I get bad cramps and watery diarrhea the next day if I miss one dosage is this possible I have ibs from 3 years now when I keep taking esofag d and tryptomer I feel great one day I miss tryptomer next day I have watery stools

I vomit small quantity of food and water each time after eating I feel like food is on my chest and it ready to come back I am very much worried please help me

Hello Doctor, I am facing bowel problems for the past 6 months. I have excessive flatulence sometimes over 2 days a week and it is smells intolerable. And also my bowel motion is really smells bad ath that times. I am living abroad at the moment and it's not easy to consult a doctor here . And that why I am seeking help here I usually maintain a proper diet and I use to do exercise on regular basis and I use to go for running regularly . I don't drink and a non smoker. Since I am going to gym recently I never eat any junk foods. Morning I use to have a nuts shake with almonds, dates and walnuts and few dry grapes along with chia seeds and flake seeds. Afternoon I use to have a normal rice with sambar and curd. For dinner I use to have dosa or chapatti. Inbetween I use to have a glass of milk and that to not regularly. I thought this might be a lactose intolerance but I am facing this even when I stopped drinking milk . Kindly please help .

Can Excess Oil In Food Lead To Presence Of Undigested Particles In Stool? Sometimes I have this issue and I'm wondering if it happens only when my tiffin service gives v oily food. I'm not able to identify any triggers to know why it happens and what to do differently.

Hi I have been diagnosed with small internal haemorroids 2 days back after a colonoscopy . The intestines are Normal and no other issues except piles. Doctor has advised lifestyle modification only , given lactifiber and providac and no other treatment is mentioned at this time. However there is bleeding for quite few days towards the end of the fecal movement. Should I consult the doctor again for another treatment - have read about laser treatment but I am sure the doctor does not think I need it...I am just scared of the blood and little rectum discomfort Pls advise
