If I stop using softovac will I again have constipation and blood in stool ? As it is not natural and unnaturally I am inducing something

Facing intestinal motility and constipation issue from a year..did lifestyle changes,incorporated exercise,yoga,made diet changes still not able to see any change..nutrionist advised me to take vitamin b1 supplement after consultation with doctor..so.just want to confirm is it safe to take vitamin b1 supplement is there any side effects?

I feel like pooping 5-10 mins after eating. I don't have diarrhea. I consulted a medicine a doctor. He has advised me velgut tab,spasloc tab and rifaxygyl M tab. I searched in net and got to know that this tablets are to treat infectious diarrhea but I don't have diarrhea. My problem is I feel urge to poop 5-10 mins after eating. Should I take the medicines ? I am having loose stools but not diarrhea as I am not going to the bathroom frequently. Since last 3 to 4 years, this is an ongoing problem. I visited multiple gastroentrologist but they told me it's not worrying. Sometimes I get very tight bowel movements and some times they are loose..with lower abdominal cramping. I was struggling with severe constipation and blood in stool since last few months after I joined gym and started little deiting. I have stopped dieting constipation didn't go away so doctor recommended me Softovac and I have been taking it since 4 days and I have been having normal stools since then but I am scared that if I stop consuming that powder I will again have constipation... According to my age I feel it's too early for such powder will the constipation return if I stop taking that powder???
