I have stopped eating potatoes and sugar food ..and Eat less ...since one month I have developed constipation , Stool drops are very less( Just a single line drop) ..How to cure it permanently ...feels like stools are stuck and Urge to come outside..

Hello, I am having indigestion issues and have lightheadness episodes also. Had vitamin B12 deficiency and now it shows 2000+ level. Also, I belch too much even on empty stomach. I chew tobacco. Recently, having pain in the middle of chest also. Checked with cardiologist but all reports are normal including CT coronary angiography. What may be the reason? Pancreatitis? Before 1 month, I had abdomen ultrasound and endoscopy which were normal. Can you suggest something plz

Multivitamins contain both water soluble and fat soluble vitamins. I have heard that water soluble works best if taken on an empty stomach whereas fat soluble works best with food. So what's the best way to take Multivitamins? Empty stomach or with food?

Lately I've been having issues with digestion..after eating lunch or dinner, i think food isn't digest properly.
