Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have bleeding hemorrhoids, which bleeds when i eat spicy food. In the last few days, i have stopped eating spicy food, and the bleeding has also stopped. My question is, can i drink beer in this condition? Let's say just 1 bottle of 650ml normal beer, once or twice a week, not more than that.

I have been prescribed menoctyl 2 tablets a day for a month for abdominal hypersensitivity issue as I get abdominal pain and spasms.. Medicines don't suit me easily .. Have doubts if these can cause long term side effects or can the need for more medication increase in the long run Kindly advise..thanks

For the past few days i am getting severe pain, cramps in stomach and abdominal pain especially while passing urine/motion or getting up from sitting/lying position. My food intake is very low due to lack of appetite leading to some indigestion. Pl advice. SG Prasad

Having hard stools even after taking 1.5 liters of water and fruits. Diet is also controlled and i dont take much of junk food. Normal rice daal sabji and roti. Still having issues with digestion. Hard stool leads to difficulty in passing stools and motion. From two days not able to pass stool view pain and it is leading to bleeding. Also can feel 2-3 small lumps/ inflamted tissue/ skin while taking sitz bath. Is there an issue with my digeative system?

I have constipation issue though not everyday but yes most of the times. I have been taking Dabur Isabgol (physician husk ) everyday and now my stool is regular and good. Is taking Isabgol everyday at night bad ?

Whenever-i-take-ofloxacin-and-ornidazole-tablets-with-albendazole-400-its-cure-my-scalp-pimples-but after stop this medicines pimple n scalp come back and daily new pimples comes on my scalp. Even I take regular pre-pro biotic from more than 1 year regular but its not help, only above mentioned medicine work only when take. Any permanent treatment?
