Hello , actually I am facing this lower abdomen pain issues for some days it's very painful like stabbing kind of pain and after my periods I got this pain and also leg pain is happening plus today I feel this same lower abdomen pain stabbing kind of it's weird please someone do suggest me what's this matter I am facing it will be great help
