I am having IBS M problem since last year July and taking medicine librax and IBSET from OCTOBER for left side abdomen discomfort and loose motion problem. Last week I have stopped my medicine and start ayurvedic medicine but my symptoms worsen. Then I took librax and IBSET again which created too much gas and bloating. My doctor prescribed me Rabo D capsule and Ulgel A syrup. But I have lost my appetite completely for last two days and feeling a little heavy on right side near liver. Can I take cypon syrup to increase appetite? Before this I have no issue regarding appetite.

Motion not coming properly from morning onwards, please suggest tablet or tonic for this. I feel like stomach full loaded.

Already consulted a physician here but she's not interested to listen and is always hurry to end the conversation. Nevertheless my symptoms is constipation. Suffering since two months back, I can poop only after 4-5 days . I do not have any abdominal cramps . And if I drink lots of water and healthy food like fiber I can't poop but if I rely on junk I can poop somehow. Earlier I had taken a laxative suggested by my doc duphalac but after few days it stop working for me. Sometimes I have hunger pangs that last few hours to a day. I still feel hungry after eating food to satisfy it. Last month I went for FBS test (94 mg/dl) and HbA1c (4.8). I had cbc, thyroid profile checked up few months ago which turned out to be normal too. What shall I do?

I'm 24 years old. Around 10 days back I had problem of stoamach ache, nausea, pain before going for passing stool and during passing stool also in the stomach and in my poop there was some white subtance also there was no fever. The symptom cleared ater 3-4 days. Now again I'm feeling nausea and there was white film like on my poop (poop was yellow but on some areas there was white film). I'm having no fever and no yellowing of eyes and body. No diarrhoea. Just feeling nausea, low on enerygy and white thing on poop.
