Whenever I feel like there is acidity suddenly I feel like vomiting but it doesn't happen, then there is a massive pain below the ear on the neck region, it's soo painful can't bare it, mine whole day goes in pain even after I came from loo the pain is not gone.

I m facing an issue of upper stomach bulge, whenever i drink or eat something my upper stomach gets very big and then returns back to normal after many hours . My bmi is 26 . I m trying to reduce weight and i m calorie deificit too still there is no improvement in stomach . Though thighs are less heavy now. I get bloated after having lunch . I feel i m not fully emptied in the morning too. I drink 3litres water and eat healthy still facing this . What could be the issue ?
