Non specific ulcer / mild active ileitis
Present problem: 1. Weight loss ( 12 kg loss within 10 months) 2. Gas and acidity 3. Weakness ans tiredness 4. Yellowish eye 5. Right lower abdomen pain sometimes Is this digestion problem or terminal ileal ulcers are making this weight loss? Please see the photos ( attached). Please give me some best advices. Thanks

I think you should consult the Doctor in Saket Hospital in Delhi who was treating Mr Kejriwal and had advised him to get a whole lot of CT Scans and PET. Mr Kejriwal's problem was also the same, unexplained weight loss.

1.Colonic Erosions and Terminal Ileal Ulcer: These could be seen in Crohn’s disease, which can sometimes be associated with PSC. ( primary sclerosing cholangitis) which can be responsible for jaundice) 2. Weight Loss, Gas, Acidity, Weakness, Tiredness, Jaundice: These symptoms can be seen in both PSC (jaundice is more specific to PSC) and TB (weight loss, abdominal pain, general weakness). 3. Biopsy and GeneXpert: The results from these tests will be crucial. Positive GeneXpert would strongly suggest TB. Your symptoms are all related to a single syndrome, its not just acidity, digestion problem.
