Non Specific ileitis
I had my colonoscopy done in 2018 & the result was non specific ileitis (clean based multiple small ileal ulcers) . I took treatment for six months & cured. Now I am fine not having any issue despite small mucus coating on the stool. I am 80 kg weight. My query is whether this problem may relapse in future or I have been permanently cured. P.S.- before arising out of this problem in 2018 I had some episodes of typhoid fever.

If the biopsy shows chronic changes then likely that you have colitis. You need to be on medicine for it. And also need further investigation.
