Non specific lymphadenopathy
I have got non specific swollen lymph nodes in mesentery as shown by ct scan.. Are lymph nodes associated with cancer mention as specified?? What is its treatment? I didnt have them 2 months back when my abdomen ultrasound done? How cud they develop so quickly in these 2 months? I dont have any fever or weight loss sometimes mild pain and bloating! Doctor did breast n thryoid usg to see if lymph nodes swollen dere too but no

Can be due to tb, colitis, enteritis. Go for a course of antibiotics and repeat investigation after that

Most of the times nonspecific Sometimes associated with chronic infection like tuberculosis Go for full work up
