Piles and swollen lymph nodes
I am 22 yes of age and I developed the problems of bleeding hemorrhoids in 2009.
Now from last month I had swollen lymph nodes in neck after which I was treated with antibiotics and they subsided.
Suddenly a few days earlier I had the piles aggravated again and now find a hard round mass just outside the anus (within the piles lump.)
I also have blood in stool and also I found today some amount of blood clot.
Also swollen groin lymph node.

Hello..
Well first thing is you need to bring about dietary modifications like eating more of green leafy vegetables,fibre like oats...you need to drink lot of water....avoid spicy food and oily food...do not strain while passing stools...try to drink warm glass if water empty stomach in the morning...you can also do sitz bath...that is out some warn me water in a tub and you sit on that... conuslt a surgeon...thank you
