Mesentric lymphadenopathy
My niece have abdomenal pain almost 15 days. We have done usg abdomen that shows he has non specific mesentric lymphadenopathy. And doctor says there is no treatment for this problem. I am attaching images of usg report. Please help.

Children used to eat everything and put everything in their mouth .. like they'll lick their hand .. touch the sand and keep the hand in mouth .. so all sorts of things will go to stomach .. that's y they develop this mesenteric lymphadenopathy .. it usually goes off when they grow old ... it doesn't need treatment .. it's usually harmless .. don't worry
