Mesentric lymphadenopathy
My 6years old son has mesentric lymphadenopathy,size of the one of them is 8.8mm.
He has a problem of stomach pain(sometimes).
What is this mesentric lymphadenppathy.i have attached a copy of usg report.plz let me know doctor is it a serious problem?

It is secondary to enteral infection. If there is no severe symptoms we can manage conservative method, pain killers, antibiotics and antacids
Better to use under supervision as patient is 6 yr kid.
