Lap Appendectomy & ns lymphadenopathy
I had lap appendectomy in June 2021, and right now having pain on right side of abdomen, back and groin. Ct scan revealed non specific lymphadenopathy. I'm attaching report. What to do now ?

Ct scan should be done with contrast, this scan is not of much use
