Taking fax isabgol on the same day .
Can I take isabgol and picoroz laxative on the same day. It is very hard because of constipation. Is it ok. Laxative is not working. Can i take this fibre(isabgol) on the same day using laxative for a day.

Please try to maintain a proper diet from morning to night and take plenty of fibres and water intake atleast 2-3 litres is must . If you need help with options of what to eat and when to eat , you can consult me anytime .
