Isabgol dosage
I recently recovered from anal fissure. I do not have constipation, I used to pass stool once every day in the morning, but i used to feel incomplete, but I never had to pass stools again till the next day morning. When i consulted my doctor, he advised me to consume 2spoons (10grams) of isabgol in the night. Now, my stools are bulky and soft, but this is making me pass stools 3-4 times a day, which is very inconvenient. I eat fiber rich food every day and consume min 4liters of water. Please advise the right quantity of isabgol to be consumed to keep my stools soft and bulky, but pass stools only once or twice in a day.
