It's not bad but it is not good too..try to avoid having these on regular basis but instead try to make your digestion naturally better, so that you don't have to consume these things on regular basis.
Health Tips
Here are some tips to naturally get rid of constipation issues 1. Drink plenty of water. Around two-three glasses of lukewarm water in the morning. 2.Consumption of 3-4L of water by the end of the day is must. 3. High fibre diet is recommended, i.e, take adequate amount of salads with your lunch, consume green leafy vegetables. 4. Avoid spicy & junk food in your diet. 5. Regular exercise or walking or yoga is recommended to keep yourself & your gut healthy & fit.

Taking once or twice in a week or 4-5;times a month considered normal.  But at ur age this is about being habitual and will lead to future issue. Better do have soft meal, exercise often  , wt loss and many other natural home remedies to solve.  Of more issues text me . Otherwise dnt make a habit of taking isabgul regularly.

Excess of anything is bad. You should incorporate lifestyle modifications in your life. They also facilitate the bowel movements. You may discuss the problem at length with a General Physician.
