Isabgol with warm water immediately??
Do I need to take isabgol with warm water at night immediately after mixing it. Till now I was letting it become thick coz everyone in my family told me so. I saw on Google that it should be taken immediately after mixing. I'm confused. How should I take it. Should I let it get thick or should I take it immediately??

It should be consumed immediately. It will become thick by the time it reaches lower intestines where it should be.maKing it thick before is not needed.

Ya consume it just after mixing properly it water..it does becomes thick,not a problem..it just adds volume to the intestinal matter
