About drinking water.
I and my mother have a severe Gastric problems. We want to know that drinking cold water during summers is harmful or sud we stick to warm water only.

Please make it clear what kind of gastric problems you have?Whether you have acidity, gas, constipation.? Plz dont use cold water as it is not good for health. You can use normal or water for drinking.
