I personally recommend not to take it on a daily basis.
The reason being our goal should be to complete fibre or any other nutrition from our diet only, instead of relying of box of a supplement. Moreover, if u r chronically constipated, only in that case u may give a try for a regular basis. Otherwise , keep your diet rich in fibre and you are good to go.

Isabgol can be taken daily, but potential side effects include gas, bloating, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and allergic reactions, and it's recommended to consult a doctor before use, especially if you have underlying medical conditions or take medications.
Before starting any medicine or external product, start with changing your eating habits.
Changes in diet will help you if you are having constipation or any other gastrointestinal issue.

Isabgol (psyllium husk) is generally safe when used short-term as a natural fiber supplement to relieve constipation or support digestive health. However, when used daily or long-term, there are a few concerns that align with the medical opinions in your image:
1. **Dependence**: Long-term use of any laxative, including natural ones like Isabgol, can lead to dependency, where your bowel movements become reliant on the supplement. This may eventually make natural digestion and bowel function less effective without it.
2. **Nutrient Absorption**: Fiber supplements, if overused, can sometimes interfere with the absorption of essential nutrients in the gut, particularly when taken in large amounts or for long periods. This can lead to deficiencies, especially if not balanced with proper nutrition.
3. **Hydration**: Isabgol absorbs water to form a gel-like substance that aids digestion. Without enough water intake, it can potentially lead to dehydration or even bowel obstruction in severe cases.
My opinion would be that while Isabgol can be beneficial for occasional use, it’s essential to balance it with a high-fiber diet from natural sources like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. If you plan to use it daily or for a long period, consulting a healthcare provider to ensure it’s the right option for your health is critical. This way, you can avoid dependency and ensure you're not missing out on any essential nutrients.

It is safe to take Isabgol fibre regularly for long term. Sometime patient can develop diarrhoea, in such a case can hold it for sometime and then reduce the amount. Rarely patient can have allergic reaction. Contact you health care provider if it occurs.
