I recently diagnosed fatty liver 2 but fibro scan is normal. I had done all test for heart bcoz due to fatty liver there was excess gas in body which was making heart heavy all the time. Heart tests are normal . Sgpt is normal but triglycerides are 230 . My problem is fatty liver making excessive gas which revolves in body make heart heavy . And sometimes make heart beat too fast .

Since couple of weeks, I have been seeing blood in my stool. I'm not sure if its blood but there's sort of bright red strand thingy which I am not able to understand exactly. Other than that, I also have bloating. Which tests should I do and how should go about with consultation after doing these tests?

I have been prescribed Metrogyl(400mg)  2 tablets for 5 days and Rifaximin for (550mg)2 tablets for 10days for SIBO.I have followed the prescription but had to skip one dose since I was vomitting 2-3 times on the 2nd day in the night.I continued the dosage the next day.Will i have  antibiotic resistance ??I have maintained the remaining doses upto now.Today is the 4th day of antibiotics.
