I have a sudden gatric region pain , did pancreatic blood test Lipase 54.5 u/l, Amylase 74 u/l, please guide me what to do next, what it means?

The area below diaphragm where the stomach starts has a little pain , feels tight. Seems like gas is not being released although had pantosec dsr before dinner. This is also causing breathlessness. He is on other medications as well for his heart so kindly suggest something to release gas and make him feel better .please some immediate relief solutions

I've been pooping three to four times every morning. I don't have any of the associated medical conditions.why do I poop so much?

I have constipation from last 1 year then i used some costipation relief pawder(churan). whenever i used pawder then next day i have to go toilet whole day for minimum 3 or 4 time but not fully satisfied with bowel movement and whenever i go outside suddenly poop coming 😢 so i doubt i also have IBS problem Plz help me doctor Thank you.

I am having chronic indigestion and gastritis issue. I feel better whenever I take medicine. Even after following a  good diet, the symptoms are recurrently coming. Can I use PPI s for life long. I know it's having side effects. But comparing my current quality of life i am not worrying about the future side effects. Please suggest any alter ways

Hello Doctor I have gut issues.. I am taking pills as per my dermatologist suggestion but it doesn't work I have problem in poop. In the morning I always had liquid poop.
