Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I am a 22 year old Male, BMI 23.2. I have done a routine blood test which was largely normal except for Vit D and B12 deficiencies. One other thing that was abnormal were AST Levels, they were high measuring upto 51.8 unit/L.  The ALT levels were in the normal range. As it is related to liver, I was considering what course of action to follow next ? Is this level alarming and what could be causes? I do not indulge in frequent drinking, especially hard liquor, but do have a beer or a smoke very very rarely. I already eat healthy 90% of the time, maintain a diet and calories deficit, lost 10 kgs in 6 months, exercise in the gym 5 times a week. So I do have a good balanced lifestyle overall. Please find my report attached as well and let me know if this is a cause of concern.

Hi, I am having severe diarrhoea for last 2 days, I have already taken o2, Metrogyl, norflox TZ and entroquinol but still it has not stopped. Please suggest. I am travelling and currently in a place with limited healthcare facilities so hospitalisation is not an option.

Recently I have been diagnosed with H pylori and had antibiotic course for 10 days. After that, I was suggested to take medicine like esogress 40, normaxin, pyloflush and prusent2. After completion of H pylori course it was all fine for 20 days. Now for last 4 days I am having watery stool that comes naturally once in the morning. Rest whole day everything is okay without other symptoms. I am little concerned over this. What to do next? I have also been suggested to take redotil as SOS if watery stool is happening more than 4 times a day, but this is not the case. I have a history of GERD and Dyspepsia. Also had endoscopy a month back with small hiatal hernia hill grade 2 and patchy hyperaemia.

I have been having upset stomach and loo problems for a week. I went for USG and LFT. My LFT all normal but SGPT is 89 and USG says hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration and mild fatty changes in pancreas. I'm obese and non alcoholic. I take BP and statins medicines Is something serious like cirrohsis or cancer ?

I think I have worms in the tummy . My diet has increased and I feel pain in the tummy .What is the dose and medicine for worms in the tummy . I think I have worms . Pls advise. Thank you .

After my periods got over i started feeling pain un my right side of the stomach below the navel while having my normal defecation And i took some natural remedies and try to release the gas and it actually helped me defecate and the pain stopped too then at night i took a ayurvedic tablet for clearing out my stomach so the next day my stomach pain increased in morning and after having my potty the pain went away a bit but still it felt heavy and i had pain and the pain was of gas may be as i was burping a lot and passing gas too but then i am feeling better but still a bit heavy and the drum like noise comes from stomach and i still feel heavy a bit but i'm feeling normal so what it may be Coz the pain is not constant at one place it's roaming and circling in my whole stomach and gets fine by burping or having potty . So what could be the reason ?

I am having problem during bowel movement. Burning sensation, pain and little blood in stool. Currently I am taking sitcom forte tablets, sitcom ointment, cremaffin plus during bed time( stool softener) and 2 times hot water sitz bath ( morning and night). Are these medicines good enough? or should I take anything else? or do?

I am having hemorrhoid due to which I am having pain and burning sensation and little blood in stool during bowel movement and discomfort while in sit there are swelling around my Anus opening and few months back I consulted a doctor here in Practo and he prescribed few medicines like sitcom forte tablet, sitcom ointment for external application and cremaffin plus stool softener and hot water sitz bath and trenaxa 500 to stop bleeding and it was cured but again it has reoccur. should I take the same meds again? or should I take anything else on top it? Need a quick advice.
