My father got dysentry/diahorrea accompainied by fever last night. Some symptoms are, fatique, vomiting, nausea etc What will be the best medicine?

My son is now 3.5yr old. He complains about the slight stomach aches daily 4,5 times from the last one week,his stool is normal. He is on a similar diet for a couple of months. We have been given colicaid syrup for a couple of days after giving medicine he is ok for 7-8 hrs. What is the next step? Some people have told us about Nabhi shifting (नाभि खिसकने) .

My brother's stomach is vibrating today since evening after he did a few push up in the evening. At first legs did shake for a little bit and then this stomach vibrates due to backwards bending a little. Not sure, if this vibration is due to the push up or not. But since then whenever he bends backwards from his waist the stomach starts to vibrate. It happened for the first time. Please let me know. Besides that he did have any other problem.
