It sounds like you're describing symptoms that could be related to hemorrhoids or anal fissures, especially with the presence of blood and a skin-like protrusion that goes back inside after bowel movements. These are common conditions, often caused by straining, chronic constipation, or sitting for long periods. While it is good that you are not experiencing pain, I recommend the following steps to alleviate the symptoms: 1. Increase fiber in your diet by consuming more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to avoid constipation. 2. Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. 3. Avoid straining during bowel movements. 4. Take warm baths or sitz baths to ease discomfort and promote healing. 5. You can apply ice packs to reduce any swelling. 6. Use stool softeners (such as psyllium) if necessary. These tips should help manage the condition, but I advise you to consult with me directly for a more thorough evaluation.
