I have CIC CHRONIC CONSTIPATION for 15 yrs. I have been prescribed lactihep plus 14ml and laxopeg. How long can I use these medicines?

I'm feeling nausea and stomach pain along with loss of appetite with mild fever like temperature from within since yesterday night. And I'm not feeling to eat anything at all. I feel weakness too with headache and pain in legs. So what's the treatment for it?

I am having stomach burning for last 1-2 weeks.  I am also undergoing IBS treatment. Is it because lot of heat in North India. I am taking rabsec dsr, librax and ULgel A syrup. Should I take any other medicines?

Hello, I ate pasta outside today and suddenly I feel stomach burning sensational I feel burning sensation stomach se upar chest ki taraf horaha hai .I M not able to sleep .is it related heart ?? What can I do now ?? Any home remedies for now.
