I usually pass motion every day for atleast twice times a day , but sometime I do not able to pass motion for one day. I eat as usual. Colonoscopy done recently. Please help .

It's completely normal but i do suggest taking food with rich fibre content like apples and fruits and decrease eating junk food
Also eat your food properly at regular times everyday to make bowel regular
1. Avoid heavy meals before travel
2. Eat small, frequent meals
3. Choose bland foods (crackers, toast)
4. Stay hydrated with water or electrolyte drinks
