Constipation
I usually pass motion every day for atleast twice times a day , but sometime I do not able to pass motion for one day. I eat as usual. Colonoscopy done recently. Please help .

Once in a while this happening is normal. There’s nothing to worry about. Increase the fibre in your diet Consume less processed food This will help you clear your bowels effectively

You should not think that all those who don't pass motion every day are sick. It is good if you are able to pass motion every day but if you don't, it doesn't herald any serious ailment.

It's completely normal but i do suggest taking food with rich fibre content like apples and fruits and decrease eating junk food Also eat your food properly at regular times everyday to make bowel regular

The colonoscopy report is normal. Practise regular exercise and have ample fibres and roughage in the diet.

It's within physiological normal limits. Irregular bowel movements might be due to improper dietary habits. Drink plenty of water. One glass of lukewarm water everyday after waking up. Take your meals on proper time, and add fibres to your diet, like green vegetables.

Report is normal. Listen Add plenty of water n liquid, lamonade electral, butter milk. Oats, fruits, salad in abundance. DUPHALAC SYR 10ml at night after dinner till required than stop. When ever you are in need use it.
