Stomach Problems & Remedies

From past few days I'm experiencing lower abdominal pain. And it is not related to periods. Also I'm having issue in breathing.

Continuous vomiting since last 11-12 days ,no pain in any part of abdomen, consulted doctor and taken ondem md4 thrice a day along with sompraz , digeraft, lifaxid and cintapro for first five days and now taking tacim of with aciloc rd and ondem md4 since last five days .But no improvement till now What to do now. Similar thing happened last year in the month of May 2023 with pain in abdomen and after few days of treatment surgery of appendix was done during jun2023. And there was no problem till now .

Now a days when i go to poop i get blood and have burning sensation and feel like going to poop all the time

She is having mild stomach pain from last 2days no dysentery but sticky stools and may be gas problem. can u please suggest medicine.

I am having mild fever and severe diarrhoea, almost went to washroom for 15 times today and also had vomiting is it normal ?

Dear doctors pls suggest me.. We I am taking food..a burning sensation happen at the middle my body..some time upper belly left and right also. . Some time I felt through out the day. Doctor suggested me Rabium Dsr for 6 month continue..the day I am taking medicine it's is ok.. but without taking medicine it's happening. It's happen Last 1 years. In my recent test My lab test bilirubin total 3.0. Bilirubin direct 0.6 Bilirubin indirect 2.4. The ultrasound test is normal. Respected doctor pls help me . I've been suffering from indigestion and recently tested LFT, HIV, stool, ultrasound abdominal, everything seems to be normal but still I'm feeling discomfort in my stomach after consuming food OI feel like going to toilet but when I go, it is hard to pass the stool and appetite has drastically decreased, I feel afraid to eat any food I really want to get rid of it recently consulted 2 doctors and followed medications and didn't consumed junk or fried food but no effect . I use softovac-sf which helps me clean my stomach in the morning completely but even though I face problem I'm really worried please help

Whatever I eat I vomit it out the next day in the morning. I am having trouble burping. I got all the tests done endoscopy, thyroid, and sugar everything is fine according to the reports but still my tummy hurts badly. What should I do.
