Constipqtion and blood in stool
Once i had severe constipation and somehow i managed to pass ...after that whenever i suffer from constipation i notice blood after passing stools every time...is it piles ??

Most likely the bleeding after passing the hard stool is anal fissure.You should avoid constipation by consuming adequate amount of water, fibre rich diet and if required stool softener.

Diet must be blend, non spicy add curd butter milk, plenty of water n liquids. Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger two times a day for two weeks.add salad, fruits in abundance.

Please take fibre rich food and try to cut down on non veg If not relieved u can take low dose laxative for some days Don't worry about the blood in stool which might be due hard stool and straining
