I have been experiencing stabbing pain in Anus while I'm trying to pass stool, it's so painful that I'm not able to excrete at all. No bleeding has been spotted, but it is discomforting, I can feel the pain even while walking or sitting. Please suggest something to treat it and also to liquidate stool so it passes smoothly.

Hello doctors. Since last two days i am passing black stools. Today they were black. I am not having any stomach pain. Just acidity gas indigestion kind of feeling is there.
